The Tourism and Hotel Management Department welcomes you to the exciting world of tourism, hotels, food and beverage services, travel and entertainment.
Currently, world tourism and tourism industry in Turkey creates more than 6 trillion dollars in volume and exceeding 350 million employees. Turkey being ranked within the top ten countries in the world, helps shaping the future of the tourism industry with brand new investments going on in the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, and specificly in Istanbul as once considered by the Napoleon Bonaparte, “ The capital of the world if all nations will unite one day. ”
The Tourism and Hotel Management is a four year bachelor degree program located in Ankara, the capital of the Turkish Republic, a modern urban center with a population of 4 million.
If you are ready to cope with changes altroughout your life, if you are a social person who likes to get in touch with people, if you are an open minded person to understand what the different cultures of the world are all about, if you are fond of entertainment and if you like good food and extraordinary wines, well, you are on the right spot, the Tourism and Hotel Management major is just for you.
